About

Built by people who answer their own support calls.

Auralius is made by Kolerr Lab — a small team shipping a real-time voice platform from the media plane upward. Not a wrapper over someone else's API, and not a demo looking for a product.

Why

The ninety seconds nobody picks up

Most small businesses lose customers to an unanswered phone, not to a competitor. The answering machine was never the answer, and neither is a phone tree that asks a caller to press four.

Voice is the oldest interface there is, and until recently it was the one computers were worst at. That changed — but the tools that followed were built for engineers with a budget, in a language most of the world does not run its business in.

We are building for the other case: a shop, a clinic, an agency, selling through a phone and a Facebook page, where the owner is also the receptionist. That customer does not want an API. They want the phone answered, in their language, by something that knows their prices.

How we build

Four things we argue about

These are the decisions we keep coming back to, and the ones we would defend in a code review.

We take the hard part

Carrier registration, speech pipelines, failover, tenant isolation. If something is difficult, it belongs on our side of the line — the customer should meet a text field and a button.

Say the real number

Under fifty milliseconds is the audio layer; a spoken answer is about 1.2 seconds. Both appear wherever either is claimed. A number that needs a footnote to stay true is a number we state with its footnote.

Silence over invention

An agent that does not know should say so. A confidently invented price becomes a promise the business has to honour, and that single behaviour decides whether voice AI is usable in a real shop.

Isolation is not a feature

Tenant separation is enforced by the database on every query, including the ones we write wrongly. A forgotten filter returns nothing instead of someone else's data.

The stack

Three pieces, one company

Auralius is the product. Underneath it are two things we built because nothing available did the job.

Auralius

The voice agents, the knowledge, the dashboard. What a customer buys.

Blazil

The Rust media plane that carries the audio. The reason a reply does not arrive late.

Security and data

What we actually do

Stated specifically, because vague assurance is worth nothing and overstating certification is worse than saying nothing.

Tenant isolation at the database

Row-level security on every tenant table, forced, so a query missing its filter returns nothing rather than another customer's rows.

Encrypted in transit, credentials encrypted at rest

TLS throughout. Third-party credentials you connect are encrypted with a key held outside the database.

Your knowledge stays yours

Documents you upload are used to answer your callers. They are not used to train models.

Certification status, plainly

We are a Delaware C-Corp operating to GDPR expectations, and SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress — not yet awarded. If your purchase depends on holding the report, or on a HIPAA business associate agreement, talk to us about timing before you buy rather than after.

Ask us something hard.

The fastest way to judge a voice company is to call one. There is an agent on the home page, and a human at the other end of the contact form.
